Mr & Mrs C ~ Bedford

We remodeled the under the stairs utility cupboard. 

The old door was removed and boarded over then skimmed to finish. Cut out a new double door way and constructed a new oak doors to fit. All surfaces finished to match the existing decor to complete the project.

New Fitted Kitchen. We removed and replaced the old kitchen and fitted new modern blue units. Laid a new floor extending into the existing dining area and laid new tiles on the new floor.

Update the old 1980s-bathroom to a new modern bathroom. The bathroom was remodelled to house a large walk-in shower and a new modern white bathroom suite. We removed all the old tiles and flooring, skimmed the walls, and fitted new tiles. A non-slip waterproof laminate was used for the flooring.

We fully removed and replaced the kitchen. In addition we also patched in a new section of flooring to match the existing floor and finally finished off with new wall tiles.

Created a new outside doorway opening to utilise the existing space as a boot room. Keeping with the look of the outside features of the house a new stone step was created to ensure door looks original to the age of the house.

The area under the stairs was boxed in then covered with plaster board which was skimmed to leave a new smooth finish. To complete the job the new feature was painted to match the existing colour scheme.
